Ballet Business Arts is seeking children’s Ballet instructors for on-campus classes. We are looking for teachers to assist in our mission of instilling a lifelong love of the dance arts through mentoring, inspiring, and encouraging.

Hours: Estimated 2-12 hours per week
Various Schools throughout Orange County:
Location: Various Schools across Orange County
- Provide instruction in one or more of the following class genres: Ballet: Pre-Ballet (3-5yrs) & Beginning Ballet (6yrs & up).
- Must have experience instructing and/or implementing instruction at a youth, high school, collegiate, and/or pre-professional level in ballet.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to various parts of Orange County. (Instructors hired will have the ability to indicate specific geographic work areas).
- Teachers will be on-site at private, parochial, and Montessori elementary school campuses in the mornings or afternoons.
- Ability to effectively teach youth and act as a role model is required. Ability to be punctual, autonomous, self-governing, and motivated towards excellence is required.
- Create and/or follow pre-planned lessons for class sizes of approximately 12-20 students – class sizes may vary.
- Ability to promote classes in a community context through word of mouth, networking, delivering and distributing flyers to schools, organizations, and local businesses, and effectively communicating with community members, especially parents, attend assemblies and other promotional events, is required.
